Carswell Gould leads the digital agenda in the South

Carswell Gould’s web and technology team has once again been recognised as one of the best in the region with its latest award nomination.

Web team lead Phil Bennett was recently named as a finalist for Wirehive 100’s Digital Leader of the Year, highlighting the team’s hard work in the area and significant contribution to the wider community in the South.

The nomination category is a new addition for the Wirehive 100 awards, where Carswell Gould was previously a finalist for eCommerce Website of the Year for its work with Tektura.

The team has gone from strength to strength over recent months with new talent joining, extensive training and the recent addition of Carswell Gould’s first web apprentice.

The whole team works to share its skills and knowledge, both internally through Carswell Gould’s regular knowledge share sessions and externally through talks at PHPNE, PHP Hants, Re:Develop, Dribbble, Business South Digital Agenda and Digital Leaders Summits.

As well as these, the team works right across the marketing mix and has recently been invited to speak to members of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) about how they can make the most of developments in technology.

The nomination is the third for Carswell Gould in recent times, having also been shortlisted in two categories in the CIPR PRide Awards for our work with Red Funnel and Hampshire Cultural Trust.
