Carswell Gould has made an extremely strong start to the year by recruiting three new staff to meet the growing demand for our services.
At a time when many businesses are reluctant to recruit due to the growing political and economic uncertainty, Carswell Gould has taken the bold step of forging ahead with its plans for growth.

All three new employees will be based at Carswell Gould’s central Southampton office and will strengthen the agency’s existing PR and web services. The three new staff include Deepa Carter, Kornelia Shanley and Michael Duerinckx.
With over five years agency and in-house PR experience, Deepa will join the PR team as an account manager. Her experience spans a range of industries including; legal, housing, health & leisure, recruitment, retail, environmental and much more. Always keen to deliver campaigns with measurable outcomes, Deepa’s proactive and tenacious drive will ensure she identifies the right opportunity on behalf of clients.
Kornelia Shanley is a recent graduate from Bournemouth University’s highly-regarded PR degree where her dissertation on public diplomacy was recognised at national level. Kornelia joins Carswell Gould as a PR account executive and will be responsible for ensuring excellent press coverage, account management and reporting to clients. Fluent in multiple languages and boasting excellent research skills, Kornelia will be an excellent media resource.
Michael joins the web team and has great experience working with the latest front-end web technologies. Hailing from Belgium, Michael has racked up a formidable set of skills from years of working on exciting online projects. He will work with the web and studio department implementing the designers' work in a standards-compliant way and ensuring excellent user experience that will ultimately reap rewards for clients.
