Worldwide logistics company PSP has announced a brand-new partnership with United Yacht Transport to service the UK, Mediterranean and US trade routes.

The new union will combine PSP’s strength in Europe and United Yacht Transport’s force in the US to offer its customers wider worldwide transport solutions.

United Yacht Transport, North America’s leader in yacht transport, is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and offers a full-service concierge for boats ranging in size from 30 feet to 160 feet. As the newest addition to the PSP Worldwide Boat Transportation Alliance, it was handpicked for its expertise, in-depth knowledge of its local area and its high-profile presence in the marine industry. The partnership will ensure customers get a smooth, professional service in every corner of the globe.

In preparation for the 56th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, which will take place in November, the first joint sailings will be from Southampton to Florida and the Mediterranean to Florida in September.

Frank Dixie, managing director of PSP, said: “The strength of our Worldwide Boat Transportation Alliance has continued to grow over recent years and shake up the market. That said, we will never rest on our laurels or become complacent.

“That’s why we have collaborated with the renowned United Yacht Transport - to work together to provide an unbeatable service for marine manufacturers, commercial organisations and boat owners across the Atlantic.”
