CG has proved that it is top of the pops when it comes to developing its staff.
The company recently had a visit from Investors in People, which awards companies that show commitment to training and developing employees, as well as the business.
The Investors in People representative interviewed CG’s staff and company scored great marks, which means CG has retained its IIP status.

CG has regular training days, where staff share their skills, learn about latest developments in the industry and have a chance to ask for help in specific areas.
Team members also do their own research into the latest technologies and working practices and attend seminars and conferences to share with other industry professionals.
But it’s not all work and no play. The team takes part in regular social outings to keep the energy high in the office, with everything from bowling and lazer quest to wine tastings and networking events.
