New Office Manager Alison Grace joins Carswell Gould Southampton Marketing Communications agency Carswell Gould, has appointed a new Office Manager. With the volume and diversity of work flooding into the company, management at Carswell Gould felt that it was time to bring in a strong administrative arm to ensure that everything (and everyone) is kept in order.
Alison Grace has been a numbers bod for many years now, having previously worked for MEP UK Ltd as an Office Manager and Alldays Stores Ltd as a Management Accountant. She has experience implementing various time saving systems and designing database solutions to improve cash handling, company car rates, cash receipts and so on.
Of her new appointment, Alison said “It feels strange working in such a creative environment as I'm usually surrounded by other number crunchers. I'm enjoying it a lot who knew accounts could be so much fun?!”
Managing Director Gill Gould says: “Alison has only been here a short time but has already been a great help. She is setting up some great new systems and really making sure we all stick to them. She is just what we needed and I'm delighted!”
