At Carswell Gould, part of our approach is to bring in the next generation of marketing and creative talent. We get the benefit of youth, enthusiasm and energy and you get the benefit of learning on the job. 
 
You will be expected to work hard, be keen to learn and to assist the team with a range of different tasks each day. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how things work in a busy agency environment and you get the chance to work with managers and directors on live work. 
 
The position is paid, so in return for this we expect professionalism and value. We hire one or two interns each year to support creative, web and marketing activity. 
 
Candidates are usually, but not only, students looking for year long industrial placements. 
 
We are accepting applications from January and internships will usually begin in June/July.
 

What we're looking for:

 

  • Ambition and passion for each job

  • Professionalism and maturity

  • A clear understanding of what we do and who we do it for

  • Good written and oral communication

  • Good organisational skills

  • Experience in copywriting/proofreading or web/design

  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite well would be an advantage
