ABP PROMOTING THE GATEWAY TO THE UK

It generates £1billion for the economy and supports 15,000 jobs, so representing ABP's Port of Southampton is a huge job in itself.

But no job is too big for us at CG and we support the port with everything from design and PR to social media and events.

Operating a bustling epicentre of trade and logistics is a 24/7 business and not a day goes by without our media relations and PR team telling the tale of what goes on at the port.  As well as writing and distributing regular press releases and handling media enquiries, we produce a double page spread showing what’s happening behind the scenes and this is featured in key title, the Southern Daily Echo every single month.

As well as comms support and media relations, the world-famous transport and trade hub takes full advantage of our skills in a range of areas.

When the port marked its 175th anniversary, our designers produced a perfect bound commemorative book looking back on its incredible history and when the container terminal unveiled its latest £100m investment, our creative minds helped to shape the event and secure celebrity endorsement from Sir Ben Ainslie.

Our web design studio has also provided the new look and feel for the ABParking website which helps cruise passengers find the perfect berth for their vehicle. What’s more, as the author of ABP’s national social media policy for social media engagement, we are the sole provider for social media training for the company’s 21 ports across the UK.

At other times we deliver brochures, exhibition stands, logos and business cards.

In short, when the port needs something said, done or designed, it turns to us.
